Shitty!!! I know the picture is hard to look at, but just imagine what he is going through!

Our organization is pulling this baby from the shelter first thing in the morning. Well he's not a baby, he's 7 years old... We are currently raising funds for his medical care and are unsure of the damage done by this current condition.
