I will admit, $20 for a plastic tumbler is a lot. Buttttttt, this is the best tumbler ever! It holds 20oz of whatever you want... It was perfect for ice water while being poolside in Palm Desert and it's perfect for taking on the go! I am not really a fan of the iced via coffee but with a little nonfat milk, it's not horrible. I would definitely recommend the tumbler, not so much on the coffee...
